Plant Care

Watering:
The Ceropegia Woodii prefers to be kept on the drier side, so it's essential to avoid overwatering. Water the plant when the soil is dry to the touch, typically once every two weeks. Ensure that the pot has proper drainage to prevent root rot. Be sure not to let the plant sit in standing water as this can cause the roots to rot. We recommend measuring the moisture of the soil with a moisture meter.

Light:
The String of Hearts thrives in bright, indirect light, so be sure to place it near a window where it can receive a few hours of sunlight each day. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight as this can scorch the leaves.

Fertilizing:
Fertilize the Ceropegia Woodii once every two months during the growing season, which is typically from spring to fall. Use a balanced liquid fertilizer, and be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid overfeeding.

Repotting:

The String of Hearts doesn't require frequent repotting and can remain in the same pot for several years. However, if you notice that the roots are becoming overcrowded, or the soil is no longer providing adequate drainage, it may be time to repot. The best time to repot is in the spring before the growing season begins. Use a well-draining potting mix, and be sure to choose a pot that is only slightly larger than the current one.

Perfectly packaged. Took a bit of patience to unravel all of the strands but once achieved, there were plenty of cascading hearts. Beautiful plant.
