Holiday Shipping Deadlines: 

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, Feb 9th, Fedex 2 Day is recommended for Valentine's Day delivery. 

Shipping

When can I expect my order?
Orders will ship within 2-4 business days through UPS. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email. Once in transit, packages take 1-4 business days to arrive. You'll receive order tracking information for each item once shipped. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.

What if I need to change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request. Contact Us Form - Click Here

Can I get same-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.

Where do you ship?
We’re happy to ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I schedule or hold the delivery of my order?
We currently are not able to place orders on hold or schedule a delivery for a specific date. 

 

My order is delayed
Here are some contributing factors: 

  • Order Placement Timing: Your order was placed late in the week, affecting the processing time.
  • Shipping to the East Coast: Deliveries to the East Coast can sometimes experience extended transit times.
  • Extreme Weather Conditions: To ensure the safe and healthy arrival of your plant, we may have held the shipment for a day or two during periods of extreme weather.
  • High Demand for Popular Items: If the item you ordered is particularly popular, we may be in the process of transferring more stock from our other greenhouses to meet the demand. 

Our commitment to delivering the best-quality plants means we strategically time shipments to prevent your new plant from spending excessive time in transit.


Returns & Replacements

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We strive to provide you with only the best quality houseplants so we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your plant was damaged while being delivered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the plant.
