Plant Care

Watering:
Monstera Thai Constellation prefers to have consistently moist but not waterlogged soil. Water your plant when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry to the touch. Water thoroughly and allow any excess water to drain out of the bottom of the pot. Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water, as this can lead to root rot.

Light:
Monstera Thai Constellation prefers bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while low light can cause slow growth and smaller leaves. A north-facing or east-facing window is usually a good spot for this plant. If the leaves begin to yellow or brown, it may be receiving too much direct sunlight.

Fertilizing:
Monstera Thai Constellation benefits from regular fertilization during the growing season (spring and summer). Use a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength every 2-4 weeks. Be sure to follow the instructions on the fertilizer package to avoid over-fertilizing, which can damage the plant.

Repotting:
Monstera Thai Constellation should be repotted every 1-2 years, or when the plant has outgrown its current container. Use a well-draining potting mix, such as one that contains perlite or vermiculite. Gently loosen the roots and remove any dead or damaged ones. Place the plant in its new container and fill in around it with fresh potting mix. Water thoroughly and allow the plant to adjust to its new pot.
